During the 5 years that I was linked to Sergeva S.A. As an employee and as a service provider, I created the Communication Department, for which the organization chart and the conceptual foundation of the brand was created in conjunction with the client, in terms of mission, vision and values. With the list base, the Corporate Visual Identity Manual was created, where the Isotype, Logo, Colors and Fonts were defined, with which the Applications were generated in general stationery (cards, folders, envelopes, A4 sheet, Service Formats, etc. .) and digital identity (Website, email signatures, animated logo, presentations, etc.), which were also part of the Manual. He also supervised the general communication of the company, both with the external and internal clients, paying special attention to conflict resolution. Additionally, I did computer training and even gave computer technical service attention when necessary (installing software, buying and changing parts).
